R&D, production, sales and marketing activities of esters, which are used as raw materials in many sectors such as industrial oil, cosmetics, textile chemicals, paint – coating, ink, and similar, are carried out with 3-S Engineering’s own intellectual capital. Esters provide higher performance in many respects compared to conventional petroleum-derived raw materials and open the doors to an environmentally friendly and sustainable industry.

About 3-S Engineering
Founded in 1993 by Kerim Dervişoğlu, 3-S Engineering started its business life by providing engineering services, equipment and consumables to sectors such as iron and steel, automotive and white goods with its business partners in other countries. Thanks to Kerim Dervişoğlu’s experience of more than 40 years at the level of General Manager and Board of Directors in Türkiye’s leading iron and steel plants, the company, which has grown rapidly by prioritizing quality, corporate governance and facility investment, took a milestone step in 2003 and became the Turkish representative of Quaker Houghton, one of the global leaders of the industrial oil sector.
The company, which started its activities with imports in the field of industrial oils, turned into production with the facility it established in Düzce 1st Organized Industrial Zone in 2008, and started innovation and R&D studies with its R&D Center, which received accreditation in 2017. 3-S Engineering started to supply high volumes of transformer oil by acquiring a new product group and bulk supply infrastructure with the transformer oil facility completed and stock tanks installed in 2018.
3-S Engineering, which strengthens its global presence with its 8000 m² closed area Düzce factory, head office in Istanbul, production facility in Kampala and office investments in Amsterdam, contributes to the national economy with qualified labor employment and value-added production, while transforming its 30 years of experience into customer satisfaction.
