The primary focus of the sector in 2025 will continue to be the circular economy and sustainability. As global efforts to reduce carbon emissions intensify, new production standards and regulations are being introduced to manufacturers. To adhere to these evolving standards, our sector will prioritize R&D and innovation to develop products that consume fewer natural resources and minimize environmental impact.
A notable leader in this field is Sinopec, ranked 5th on the Fortune 500 list. With its range of products that comply with current sustainability standards and OEM approvals in marine oils, Sinopec is set to expand its activities in the Turkish market through a partnership with Prista Oil starting in 2025.
