Petrofer created ISORAPID 280 by developing the base oils produced with the GTL (Gas to Liquid) technology, which is becoming increasingly popular in the sector. ISORAPID 280 offers excellent evaporation stability and better cooling properties than standard quenching oils; besides this new product stands out with its durability, cleanliness and reduced consumption. ISORAPID’s very good evaporation stability ensures less consumption by reducing losses during heat treatment bath, and its very low emission property creates a cleaner working environment. The product’s extremely short vapour phase offers a homogenous cooling impact, and it has a long service life thanks to its thermal stability.
