Castrol introduced ONYX InSight at the 24th International Energy and Environment Fair and Conference (ICCI 2018). Developed by Castrol, one of the world’s leading lubricant manufacturer, in collaboration with Romax Technology, ONYX InSight is a new maintenance platform, decreasing technological risks in wind power, and enabling control over costs and expenditures.
Castrol was the main sponsor of the International Energy and Environment Fair and Conference (ICCI 2018), which took place on the 24th of May this year. Within the event, Castrol shared information about the new maintenance platform it developed in partnership with the technology company Romax, which provides software, analysis and services for rotating machinery. Hakan Inan, Commercial and Industrial Oils Sales Manager at Castrol, was the moderator of the panel entitled “Renewable Energy Technologies – Wind”.
ONYX InSight, a new maintenance platform that reduces both technological risks and control over costs and expenses in wind power plants developed by the two companies, combines innovative software, data analysis and engineering solutions in the field of rotary equipment technology performance in wind energy plants.
ONYX InSight is the joint venture between Castrol and Romax, decreasing technological risks in wind power plants and allowing control over costs and expenditures. It combines a deep understanding of rotating technology performance, bringing innovative software, data analytics and engineering solutions to the wind energy market.
