The largest base oil and lubricants conference in Russia will be held in Moscow

The 6th annual conference “CIS Base Oils and Lubricants” will be held in Moscow on the 22nd -24th of May. Over the last few years this key industry event has become not only a major business-forum but also a favourite networking platform among all the professionals involved in the base oils, additives, and lubricants production, as well as their suppliers and partners.

Global economy is currently undergoing a significant change due to a shift from resource based to service economy and these trends inevitably have an impact on the fuel, base oil, and lubricant production.
