Extensive Production Capacity
Lubrico’s modern and digital new generation facilities equipped with smart technological systems in Gebze Industrial Zone are spread over an area of 12,000 square meters. These smart facilities, which have a production volume of 40,000 tons in a single shift and adopt the understanding of industry 4.0, are breaking new ground in Turkey. Thanks to the automatic filling and special shock cooling systems available only in Lubrico facilities, the production capacity can easily reach 160,000 tons.

This smart facility, which closely follows the fast pace of digital technologies, takes a dignified stance in terms of occupational safety and environmental
friendliness. From raw materials to the final product, the whole production processes are fully automated. Product formulations are created completely automatically so that the high quality of Lubrico’s products is never compromised. Besides, the automation system also serves for the filling and packaging lines.
Innovative Smart Technology

Digitizing its end-to-end processes, Lubrico receives domestic and international customer requests through the B2B system, stores them in the data processing center (ERP), and transfers them to production, quality and logistics automation systems. Thus, the traceability of all processes at Lubrico facilities is managed with innovative software technologies.
University Collaboration
Bringing together the university cooperation with its long years of experience, Lubrico collaborated with Boğaziçi University Advanced Technologies R&D Center to develop the Lubrico Scada, Lubrico Pro, Lubrico B4B and Lubrico Academy platforms for the production, quality, logistics and ordering processes of its facilities. Raw materials and final products are meticulously tested in the TURKAK 17025 Accredited Quality Control and R&D laboratories in accordance with ASTM and TSE standards. In the quality laboratory, all samples are tracked by the Lubrico Pro digital recording system.
