SAHA 2026 International Defence, Aerospace and Space Industry Fair, one of Türkiye’s largest events for the defence, aviation and space sectors, was held at the Istanbul Expo Center from May 5–9, 2026. Organized by SAHA Istanbul, the fair brought together domestic and international industry representatives under one roof, hosting significant engagements focused on technology, manufacturing and international cooperation.
According to the fair’s final report, more than 1,700 companies participated in SAHA 2026, while the event welcomed a total of 148,872 visitors. Held across a 400,000-square-meter exhibition area, the fair brought together not only the defence and aerospace ecosystem, but also companies operating in advanced materials technologies, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, unmanned systems and manufacturing technologies.
Business development activities at SAHA 2026 reached notable levels. During the fair, 28,947 B2B meetings were held, alongside 216 signing ceremonies and 218 product launches. The export volume generated within the scope of the event was reported to have reached approximately $8 billion.
The fair also saw strong international participation, with official delegations from 75 countries attending the event. A total of 204 official delegations and 819 delegation members visited the fair, alongside 19 ministers, 15 deputy ministers and 13 force commanders. This underlined SAHA’s role not only as a commercial platform, but also as an important meeting point for defence diplomacy.
Throughout the exhibition, leading companies from the defence and aerospace industries introduced their latest products and technologies. Participants engaged not only in showcasing their offerings, but also in building new partnerships, creating export opportunities and securing positions within global supply chains.
From the perspective of industrial ecosystem development, SAHA 2026 stood out as a significant platform for showcasing high-tech manufacturing, advanced engineering solutions and Türkiye’s domestic production capabilities on the international stage. The fair also served as an important meeting point for different links of the supply chain in areas such as specialty lubricants, hydraulic fluids, metalworking fluids and maintenance products used in the defence and aviation industries.
The next SAHA International Defence, Aerospace and Space Industry Fair is scheduled to take place on May 16–20, 2028.
