Klüber Lubrication and OKS Spezialschmierstoffe have joined forces under the umbrella of Freudenberg Chemical Specialities (FCS), a subsidiary of the Freudenberg Group.
Specialty chemical provides OKS and Klüber rank among the global leaders in their respective market segments and continue to operate independently with their established focus areas. By pooling their strengths, both brands aim to create a more resilient joint organization and to align their individual capabilities in sales, production, and research and development more effectively.
Klüber Lubrication is expected to further consolidate its strong position as an OEM partner across numerous industries, while expanding its engineering expertise and global presence. In parallel, OKS is anticipated to reinforce its market position in Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO), broaden its international network of distribution partners, and enhance its established research and development capabilities through the merger.
